A tool is no more and no less than an auxiliary device. The right tools applied in the right way will also move your project forward. NetRom ODF includes the following tools:

• Telephony & systematically planned conference calls: Voice Over IP and optical fiber
• Instant messaging with MSN, Yahoo or Skype: the perfect channel between telephony and e-mail, particularly when a solution is needed fast. Messages are archived, yet the threshold of more formal e-mail messaging has been removed
• Source code management and project management are supported by source control systems such as Subersion, Team Foundation, GIT or CVS servers
• Incident management is set up effectively and efficiently; online bug tracking takes place in advanced environments such as Jira
• Testing is supported by means of different testing tools, including TestComplete
• We use MS Sharepoint, wikis or other highly secured online environments for knowledge and document management
